These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define and detail the rights and obligations of Glowbi and Buyers wishing to make a purchase on the Website.
Article 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These GTC apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of Products on the website www.glowbi-shop.com.

The invalidity of one of the clauses of the GTC shall not result in the invalidity of the other clauses, which shall remain in full force and effect.
The fact that Glowbi does not invoke one of the clauses of the GTC at a given time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to rely on such clause in the future.
Article 3 – PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
