A question about the product ?

How often should I take my gummies ?

For optimal results, take 1 gummies per day.

Preferably in the morning, to make them easy to fit into your routine.

And yes, you can take me all year round, as long as you stick to the recommended doses.

For how long ?

The first effects are generally felt after a few weeks.

With regular use, the benefits become more and more visible over the months.

For lasting results, Mossi recommends a course of 3 to 6 months.

Sugar and calories, let’s break it down !

Two gummies contain only 4 g of sugar, equivalent to a serving of fresh fruit, such as a handful of strawberries.

A small treat that’s easy to include in a snack or dessert, without overdoing it.

At what age can you start doing courses ?

All our formulas are approved for use from the age of 6.

Are there any side effects ?

Sea moss is generally well tolerated when you follow the recommended doses.

Just remember to take a look at the ingredient list if you have a known sensitivity or allergy.

A problem with the order ?

What are the delivery times ?

Your orders are prepared based on product availability and payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, some items may sell out very quickly (Mossi does its best).

Most orders placed from Monday to Thursday are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are processed on Monday, then shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Some products may require a little more preparation time.

Delivery takes up to 12 days maximum.

How much does delivery cost ?

Delivery is free for orders of €50 or more.

Below that amount, the shipping fees are clearly indicated before payment. No bad surprises Mossi’s word.

How can I track my parcel ?

As soon as your order is shipped, you can track your parcel directly from the order tracking page on our website.

Mossi keeps an eye on it until it arrives.

I still haven’t received my order

There can sometimes be a slight delay it happens.

Please wait a few more days and, if needed, contact us via the Contact section on the website or get in touch with your postal service.

My parcel hasn’t been shipped

Your shipment may sometimes be delayed for various reasons: weather, customs, or postal delays.

Nothing to worry about your parcel is still on its way.

Receipt

Your parcel is delivered directly to your mailbox at the usual mail delivery times.

If it is too large, it will be handed to you in person.

And if you are not there at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left so you can collect it from the nearest post office.

I received a damaged product

We always do our best to offer you quality products.

However, transport can sometimes cause damage.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us via the Contact page on the website explaining the situation, and remember to attach photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

We’ll take care of it quickly.

Do you want to cancel or return ?

Can I cancel my order ?

You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

To do so, contact us directly via the Contact page on our website.

Can I change my order ?

Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

If you want to make a change, be sure to contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately it is no longer possible to make any changes.

I would like to return an item

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or an exchange.

Be sure to wait until you have received your parcel before making the request.

Return shipping costs remain at your expense.

The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
